Residential cleaning with Simply Done starts at $38 per hour per cleaner. That rate covers a background-checked cleaner, supplies, insurance, and GPS-tracked time so you only ever pay for the minutes a cleaner is actually in your home. What drives the time
- Size and layout. A three-bedroom, two-bath home with an open main floor is the Grande Prairie standard and the baseline for most of our estimates. Every extra bathroom adds real time; bedrooms add less.
- Current condition. A home that's been cleaned regularly takes a fraction of the time of one that hasn't been touched since spring. This is why the first visit is always the longest.
- Pets. Fur on floors and furniture adds vacuuming passes. Two dogs can add half an hour.
- Frequency. Weekly and bi-weekly homes stay in maintenance mode and take the least time per visit. Monthly homes drift back toward a deep clean every time.
- Extras. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows and baseboards are add-ons because they take real time; we'll tell you up front what each one adds.
First clean versus recurring clean
Your first visit is a reset. The crew works through the whole house to a deep-clean standard so that every visit after it is maintenance. Expect the first clean to take roughly twice as long as a recurring one. After that, a typical three-bed home on a bi-weekly schedule settles into a predictable visit length and a predictable bill.

- Three-bed, two-bath family home: our most common booking, usually one cleaner for a few hours or two cleaners for half that.
